SHIPMENTS
Voemien ships throughout Italy with different delivery methods that you can select:
Home delivery with Bartolini courier ( standard shipping service - express shipping service ) or direct collection at a BRT stationary point that can be selected at a later time.
Once the shipment has been taken over, an email/sms will be forwarded by the BRT systems to the recipient with a tracking link , from where it will be possible to make changes such as collection from the BRT warehouses or schedule delivery as desired, and possibly change the address entered during checkout.

In Italy the timescales we have from Bartolini are 1-4 business days for the standard delivery and of 24/48h for the Express Shipping .
The standard rate is FREE for any order without price constraints, while the Express rate has a cost of 3.99 euros.

Orders are processed from our warehouse according to the classic office hours ( 8.00-13.00 ), so if the purchase is made within 13.00 could be shipped immediately based on the selected rate.

US SHIPPING:

As for shipments to the USA , Voemièn relies on the international courier Fedex.

Rates for USA area: express service, 3-7 business days (FREE!)

Customs duties are to be paid by the buyer. (usually 9%)

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS:

Regarding overseas shipments Voemien relies on the international courier Fedex.
Rates for EU area have a standard cost of 14.99 euros , and the areas covered are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain , Sweden, United Kingdom (with delivery times between 4-8 business days ) except for the following locations:
Canary Islands (ES)
Ceuta (IT)
Melilla (IT)
Madeira (PT)
Azores Islands (PT)
Åland Islands (FI)
Overseas departments (FR)
Channel Islands (UK)
While for the rest of the world the cost is 35.00 euros for Standard Shipping ( 8-15 business days ) e 50.00 euros for express air shipment. ( 2-5 business days ).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Vomien to forward the tracking links it uses the BRT software systems, once the parcels have been collected, they are processed the same evening and the emails/sms are sent directly to the customer.

IS THE ORDER DATE DIFFERENT FROM THE SHIPPING DATE?
The date of the order refers to the moment in which the order was placed and confirmed on the site. Otherwise, the shipping date refers to the moment in which the package leaves our warehouses and is taken over by the courier.

SO IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?
Yes, it is possible, Voemien delivery also to offices, shops and workplaces, as well as the availability to collect the order at one of the BRT warehouses.
To do this, just enter the address of the selected location during checkout and in the case of a commercial activity or workplace it would be advisable to accompany the name with the initials C/O followed by the name of the company/activity.

WHAT IF I ENTER AN WRONG ADDRESS?
Bartolini offers the availability of modifying the order even at a later time, once the shipment has been taken over, in the evening it is processed by the BRT systems which send an email / text message with a package tracking link, clicking not only will you be able to get updates on the status of the shipment but it will also be possible to make changes such as changing the address.

WHAT IF I AM NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
Courier Bartolini tries to three times consecutive delivery according to their working days (Monday 9.00-19.00 - Friday 9.00-19.00), if the recipient is absent after the third time the package will be
placed in storage, and the customer will have a set time of 7 days from that moment, to give instructions to the courier ( via the tracking link ). If no instructions are given after 7 days, the package will be returned to the sender.

WILL THE COURIER CALL ME BEFORE DELIVERY?
Normally the courier does not call before making the delivery, except in specific cases of difficulty in finding the address.
What we recommend if you need to receive the phone call is to specify it in the order notes at the time of check out, however it will be at the discretion of the courier to satisfy the request or not.
