Voemièn ships throughout Italy and worldwide, with two different options within Italy:
Home delivery with Bartolini courier or direct pickup at a selected BRT point, which can be chosen later.
Once the shipment is picked up, BRT systems will send an email/SMS to the recipient with a tracking link. From this link, it will be possible to make changes such as picking up at BRT warehouses or scheduling delivery at convenience, and eventually modifying the address entered during checkout.

In Italy, shipping and delivery times are as follows:
1-4 days for in-stock items (Where the "Add to cart" button is present on the product page)
PRE-ORDER: These are products with a waiting list. Estimated delivery times are shown below the "PRE-ORDER" button on the product page.
The standard rate is FREE for any order without price constraints.
Orders are processed by our warehouse during standard office hours (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM), so if the purchase is made by 1:00 PM, it may be shipped immediately depending on the selected rate.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For international shipments, Voemièn relies on international courier Fedex.
Rates for the EU zone have a standard cost of 14.99 euros, and the covered countries are the following: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom (with delivery times of approximately 4-8 business days). The following locations are exceptions where deliveries may experience greater variations:

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
To send tracking links, Voemièn uses BRT software systems. Once packages are picked up, they are processed the same evening, and emails/SMS are sent directly to the customer.
IS THE ORDER DATE DIFFERENT FROM THE SHIPPING DATE?
The order date refers to when the order was placed and confirmed on the website. Conversely, the shipping date is when the package leaves our warehouses and is picked up by the courier.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?
Yes, it is possible. Voemièn also delivers to offices, shops, and workplaces, in addition to offering the option of picking up the order at one of the BRT points.
To do this, simply enter the address of the selected location during checkout, and in the case of a commercial activity or workplace, it would be advisable to accompany the name with the abbreviation C/O followed by the company/activity's business name.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Bartolini offers the possibility to change the address even at a later stage. Once the shipment is picked up, it is processed by BRT systems in the evening, which send an email/SMS with a package tracking link. By clicking on it, you can not only get updates on the shipment status but also make changes such as changing the address.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
The Bartolini courier attempts delivery up to three consecutive times on business days (Monday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM - Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM). If the recipient is absent after the third attempt, the package will be held in storage, and the customer will have a set time of 7 days from that moment to give instructions to the courier (via the tracking link). If no instructions are given after 7 days, the package will be returned to the sender.
WILL THE COURIER CALL ME BEFORE MAKING THE DELIVERY?
Normally, the courier does not call before making the delivery, except in specific cases of difficulty finding the address.
