• Klarna: a service that allows you to divide the cost of your purchase on our site into 3 equal payments (WITHOUT INTEREST) .

WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD?
For payments made by credit card, the amount of the order will be charged at the time of conclusion of the order, the same with Paypal and all payment methods.

WHY DO I SEE TWO CHARGES EVEN I HAVE ONLY PLACED ONE ORDER?
Voemièn guarantees that the order will be charged to your credit card only once in its entirety. However, it is possible that the amount is duplicated on the account statement: the first item corresponds to the authorization request, which is forwarded at the time of the order; the second confirms the effective charge on the chosen payment method.

WHAT WILL BE THE CURRENCY OF THE CHARGE?
Transaction amounts and product prices are always calculated in the local currency of the country the order is shipped from. Prices are always inclusive of VAT.
