RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURN PROCEDURE

From the day the order is delivered, the customer has 14 days to request the return, specifying the reason.

The product must not be used in any way, washed or modified but must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including tags and accessories that you will find inside.

RETURN METHODS YOU CAN REQUEST

-Return for exchange of goods

Voemièn offers the availability to make a color/product change if the item does not fully meet the customer's expectations.

The cost is 6.00 euros, the customer just needs to start the procedure as will be explained shortly.

-Return for refund

If the purchased item does not satisfy the customer, he has the right to request a return for a refund.

This must be reported no later than 14 days after delivery of the package and has a cost borne by the customer equal to the outward and return shipment (6 euros + 6 euros = 12 euros).

BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEM

However, if the product is found to be broken or damaged, the return will be carried out in the shortest possible time and all costs will obviously be borne by us. As soon as the bag is examined, we will send the new goods to the requested address.

PRODUCT RETURN METHOD

Once you have made the decision to make the return, you will have to go to the contact us section of our website where you will find all our contacts which will be valid for the purposes of making the return request. (don't forget to provide the reason too)

The procedure we recommend is the following:

· Send us an email to info@voemien.com with the returned item, in the text specify your order number which you will find in the confirmation email as soon as you have made the purchase.

· If you cannot find it, the name and surname with which the order was placed on the site will be sufficient.

· In the text of the email, write the reason for your decision and which return method you want to be carried out.

· One of our operators will respond to you as quickly as possible, guiding you through the procedure.

· Nothing complex, just close the package exactly as it was delivered and we will take care of everything, the courier will go directly to the place where the package was delivered and will take it back without having to apply any return label.

REFUND TIMES

Once the product returns to our warehouses, its conditions will be checked and the refund will then be arranged using the payment method selected during the purchase phase.

The reimbursement times from the moment the goods pass the inspection are approximately 24/48 hours and you will be able to see the amount accounted for on your account.

Goods returned in conditions unsuitable for return will not be refunded.
