CANDIDATE FOR PROFESSIONAL FIGURES

Voemièn is always looking for creative and professional figures who can help improve the brand image.
Any content is aimed at making our bags and our Made in Italy lifestyle stand out in the best possible way.

We are therefore accepting applications for the following roles :

- Content creator , will have the task of creating multimedia content such as photos / videos / carousels aimed at sponsoring the brand, once the Voemièn products have been received, the work of the creator will begin who, using his creativity, will give life to the various projects.

- Photographer , Voemièn often creates photographic campaigns of various types for the new collections, as well as still life photos for the catalogue. Physical presence is required at our offices in Piazza del popolo 58 in Lucca. (Portfolio required)

- Videomaker , the world of advertising is moving more and more towards the transmission of vertical videos, people tend to see them and interact with them more willingly and to create these contents we need competent figures both in the production and post-production side. (Portfolio required)

- Stylist , the creation and continuous evolution of our designs would not be possible without this figure, therefore we always need new creative and innovative minds, even without particular experience. (a portfolio with some drafts is required)

-Shipping Officer , from Monday to Friday Voemièn ships throughout Italy, the packaging we create is studied in detail and well structured, what we need is a person who is able to make our packages respecting the brand standards .

-CRM Specialist , For us the relationship with our customers is fundamental, we want to give them the best shipping experience, therefore we need a figure who takes care of the relationship with the customer in the round, from the acquisition of the lead to the sales and after sales.

- Sales assistant , Voemièn not only manages online but is also physically present and will continue to expand over the years.

Characteristics of the Role of Shipping Officer:

-Contribute to the ecosystem of the company.

-Management of delivery issues.

- Development of DDT and communication with the customer (if necessary).

- Availability check on raw materials.

- Inventory resolution.

-Production at 360 degrees of product packaging.

Necessary Requirements:

- Extreme precision and attention to detail.

- Ability to use computers and printers.

-Advanced learning skills.

-Good dialectic.

-Knowledge of the product (leather bags) and affinity in the fashion world.

-Knowledge of the production processes of an ecommerce.

-Possibly familiar with using Shopify.

Additional Information

Economic offer: fixed-term employment contract (6 months) with the aim of permanent employment Economic offer commensurate with the candidate's experience.

Characteristics of the role of Secretary:

-Contribute to the ecosystem of the company.

-Accounting management.

- Telephone and text customer support.

- Management of raw materials and products reservations.

- Solving problems related to orders.

-Management and Programming of web contents.

Necessary Requirements:

- Extreme precision and attention to detail.

- Ability to use computers and printers.

-Advanced learning skills.

-Good dialectic.

-Knowledge of the product (leather bags) and affinity in the fashion world.

-Knowledge of the production processes of an ecommerce.

Additional Information

Economic offer: fixed-term employment contract (6 months) with the aim of permanent employment Economic offer commensurate with the candidate's experience.

The work will be carried out Part time on site, from 9.00 to 13.00, from Monday to Friday or Full time from 9.00 to 19.00 from Monday to Friday.

For our headquarters in Lucca, a professional figure of sales assistant is required, who is able to empathize with customers, an expert in the needs of the fashion sector, with advanced knowledge of the English language and with flexible working hours (even on weekends. )

ARE YOU A STORE AND WOULD LIKE TO SELL OUR PRODUCTS?

Voemièn offers the availability to create commercial agreements in order to become official resellers of the brand.
There are two methods available, the first is the Voemièn supplier where the customer with discounted prices decides to take
a quantity (to be established) of goods that will be sold in the boutique.

The second method is the Voemièn Sales account , where the customer will be sent the desired goods according to our stock availability, which will be
sold on consignment at the selected boutique.
