What does the warranty cover?

The warranty is designed to protect you from any manufacturing defects or structural problems that may emerge over time, not caused by improper use of the product. In these cases, we will collect the bag, repair it, and send it back to you (Valid for 12 months from purchase)

How does it work?

If your product shows a defect covered by the warranty, simply contact our customer service, providing your order number and a detailed description of the problem. After our confirmation, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions for returning the item. Once the product is received, our laboratory will proceed with analysis and repair. Once the work is completed, the bag will be sent back to you.

Costs

The repair is completely free.

The shipping costs for return and redelivery are to be paid by the customer.

Important

We reserve the right to not accept repair requests for damages that, in our sole discretion, are not attributable to product defects, but rather to incorrect use or accidental damage caused by the user.
