RETURN PROCEDURE

From the day the order is delivered, the customer has 14 days to request a return, specifying the reason.

The product must not have been used in any way, nor washed or modified, but must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including tags and accessories found inside.

Voemièn offers the possibility of exchanging color/product if the item does not fully meet the customer's expectations.

The cost is 6.00 euros, the customer just needs to start the procedure as will be explained shortly.

If the purchased item does not satisfy the customer, they have the right to request a return for a refund.

This must be reported no later than 14 days from the delivery of the package, and the amount spent will be returned in the manner requested by the customer; there are two options to choose from:

-Refund via Gift Card (a card with a credit equal to the total amount you spent will be sent to your email) making the return Free.

The card has no expiration date and can be used to make other purchases on our site, or it can also be given to an acquaintance, who will then have credit to spend.

If you choose to purchase items with a lower cost than what you spent, don't worry, as the difference will remain loaded on the card and can be used at any time.

-Monetary Refund: By selecting this option, you will receive the amount spent directly to your payment method, deducting the outward shipping costs (from 8 euros up to a maximum of 15 euros for islands or remote areas)

Please note: For orders placed outside Italy, returns are not possible. (Except in cases where the item is delivered damaged)  

However, if the product is found to be broken or damaged, the return will be carried out as quickly as possible, and all costs will, of course, be borne by us. As soon as the bag is examined, we will send the new merchandise to the requested address.

If the customer decides not to accept the free replacement but requests a refund, it will be treated as a normal return.

Once you have decided to make a return, you should go to the "Contact Us" section of our website where you will find all our contact details that will be valid for making the return request. (don't forget to also provide the reason)

·Send an email to info@voemien.com with "Return" as the subject. In the body of the email, specify your order number, which you will find in the confirmation email after you made the purchase.

·If you can't find it, the name and surname used to place the order on the website will suffice.

·In the email body, tell us the reason for your decision and which return method you would like to use.

·One of our operators will respond as quickly as possible to guide you through the procedure.

·Nothing complicated, you just need to repackage the parcel exactly as it was delivered and arrange for its independent shipment to Via Frediani Francesco, 51/1, 59100 Prato PO, Italy


Alternatively, merchandise collection directly from your home is also available, with an additional charge of €15.00 (Bartolini).

Once the product returns to our warehouses, its condition will be checked (according to warehouse timings), and then the refund will be processed.

The refund times, from the moment the merchandise passes inspection, can vary from a minimum of 48 hours to a maximum of 20 working days. As soon as the refund notification is issued, the amount will take 12 hours to be credited to the current account. (except for Paypal, where it is instantaneous)
