BAG IDEA AND DESIGN

Every Voemièn bag is born from constant dialogue with our community: we listen to our customers' needs to interpret their desires for style, functionality, and identity.

 

This approach allows us to create products that not only follow trends but also reflect the personality of strong, independent, and confident women.

 

Our designs combine modernity and tradition, expressing a refined and recognizable old money style.

 

Each accessory is designed to be beautiful, practical, and comfortable, with particular attention to proportions and ergonomics, to ensure an impeccable user experience.

DESIGN AND MATERIALS ENGINEERING

The design process begins with detailed sketches, in which designers study every element of the bag, from the overall design to the functional details, with the aim of combining aesthetics and practicality.

 

The sketches are progressively refined to define the final shape and structure, then developed using three-dimensional CAD models to verify their technical feasibility and optimize the design before prototyping.

 

The choice of materials is rigorous: we use high-quality leathers from sustainable Italian suppliers. 

 

Accessories such as buckles, clasps, and zippers are also selected for their durability, functionality, and design, ensuring a product meticulously crafted in every detail.

PROTOTYPING

Prototyping is the phase in which an idea takes concrete form: the project becomes a real object, ready to be evaluated in every detail.

 

We create a first prototype from CAD models, using the definitive materials.

 

The prototype then undergoes a thorough technical review, in which we analyze quality, functionality and ergonomics to ensure comfort and practicality in daily use.

 

Every element is tested and optimized, from the seams to the solidity of the movable parts, up to the precision of the dimensions and the attention to aesthetic details, to ensure an impeccable final result.

PRODUCTION START

Once the prototype is approved, the bag enters the production phase, where the design comes to life through artisanal knowledge.

 

Production takes place in Italian artisan workshops, where experts meticulously work each leather, following traditional techniques handed down over time. 

A process that combines expertise, experience, and attention to detail.

 

The leather is cut by hand to ensure precision and uniformity, and each component is sewn with techniques that ensure strength and an impeccable aesthetic finish, in full compliance with Voemièn's high quality standards.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DISTRIBUTION

Before leaving the workshop, each bag undergoes rigorous quality control, designed to ensure the excellence of the final product.

 

We carefully check seams, leather, and accessories, ensuring that every element is impeccable, functional, and durable.

 

Only after passing all checks are the bags carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

 

This meticulous process guarantees that every Voemièn bag is a high-quality accessory, made to last and to express the authentic mastery of Italian craftsmanship.
