how do i visualize the bags in 3d?
1) Scroll through the images of the desired bag to the bottom.
2) Touch the cube icon placed in the center of the photo to be able to rotate the bag.
3) Rotate the bag and enlarge it according to the details you want to observe.
*PLEASE NOTE= If you notice that the 3D model is not seen in high resolution, make sure you have a stable internet connection and above all that your smartphone does not have energy saving active .
How do I increase my vip rank?
To increase your VIP level and be able to climb the various ranks: silver, gold, platinum and diamond, you will need to make purchases within the website.
By clicking on the widget at the bottom left in the shape of a gift package, you will be able to access the Loyalty program, then going to VIP levels your current rank will appear and you will be notified of how much you are missing for the next level.

How do I earn loyalty points?
To earn points, just click on the gift-shaped widget at the bottom left, join if you haven't already done so and go to the earn points section.
Once there you will find all the missions you can complete, to get loyalty points that can be converted into prizes!
How do I see the bag in augmented reality?
To view the bag in augmented reality, you will have to go to the 3D model from the product sheet, click on the cube and then a black band with white writing will appear under the model.
Press on the writing and project the bag into your space.
Please note
1) The surface where to project the bag must be flat.
2) Not all phones are enabled to use this technology
3) Follow the instructions to bring up the render.
how do referrals work?
With referrals it will be possible to forward a link to a friend or acquaintance of ours, if a person to whom we forward the link registers and places an order, he will receive a 10% discount, while you will get 20 loyalty points on your account.

Voemièn accepts all certified payments, so it will be possible to pay with:

where is my order?
As soon as the package is processed by the BRT systems, the customer will receive an email or text message directly from the courier the same evening, containing a link for tracking the order.
when will my order be shipped?
Depending on the shipping method selected, in the case of the standard rate deliveries take place in 1-4 working days, while for the express rate in 24/48h .
What happens if I receive a different bag than the one I ordered?
Assuming that the verification of this hypothesis has the same probability of winning the lottery, it would be immediately withdrawn by the courier and replaced with the correct one.
What if I receive a damaged product?
You will have to initiate the return request as explained on this page.
The bag will be replaced as soon as possible with a new one.

when will i be refunded?
Refunds are issued within 24/48h after checking the goods returned to our warehouses.
Very importantly, the goods must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived, including their tags and accessories.
